ahhh I always love a good back story and this was one:) I loved all the little side stories placed within it and your attention to building up and introducing the characters and their relationships. This was so much fun to read and not at all slow. If I had to make a critique it would only be that I found Merlin being a damsel in distress, in need of a knights protection for his honor, to be a bit comical. But that is if I HAD to, because in truth I really enjoyed reading this fic and learning more about your OC's:) Plus I'm a total sucker for character back stories and love learning about the characters I like:)

I love the ending of this story. It is definitely something merlin would do. I have to admit that this was not my first time reading this story let alone any of your other work, its more the fact that I'm actually signed in while I'm reading that I am reviewing. I am a fan of your work. I really like how you give the other knights personalities that aren't given in the show and they are completely believable as well as the kinds you would expect Arthur to suround himself with during his adventures. I also love the fact that your stories follow your own timeline. Events from your previous works are back stories to your newer ones make your work more enjoyable in my opinion. I hope you keep writing amazingly enjoyable stories.

I absolutely love this story! The friendship and brotherhood is so fun to read. Normally original characters are hard to like, but I love these guys... well... all except Winston that is! But it was fun watching him get his due. I love stories in which people who originally don't care much for Merlin come to see his true worth, and take up for and defend him. This was a great story. I would love to see a sequel! Gerrick and Aldwin are really fun knights.
