Very well-done - a chilling glimpse into Vaisey's mind. I do think he wants Guy's absolute devotion, and he was definitely "jealous" (for lack of a better word) of Guy's relationships with both Marian and Allan. The only thing I'm not sure about is that Vaisey sees Marian's death at Guy's hands as a triumph even briefly; he looks very ... troubled, for lack of a better word, when he sees what happened. I think he kind of knows, instinctively, that this will be Guy's undoing.

Nice job. Such evil and you wrote his thoughts so well.

Ooohhh, I like this! This gave me shivers! Vaisey in all his evilness, but so well-written. I like the way you described Guy's loyalty to the Sheriff as "not his right-hand man, but his right hand", and the way he remembered how Guy was before Marian's death. I love this line: "Gisborne had been his greatest ally, and truly a thing of beauty to watch."
Very well done, Kin-outcast1!
