That was…I can't even find the words. That was THE BEST JOHNLOCK FANFICTION EVER!
| JD chapter 12 . 12/3/2014
Interestingly enough, in Ancient Greek, the word for "poison" was actually the same as the one for "antidote": pharmakos, if I'm not mistaken. It's beautiful. After all, at the end of the story, the poison and the antidote were one.

This story was absolutely beautiful and I'm so in love with it !
Thank you for writing things like that !
| Malmo722 chapter 12 . 8/9/2014
This was a really well written fic. There wasn't too much smut which I find is sometimes a problem with a lot of fics. It wasn't just a story where two people fell in love and had a bunch of sex and then some random plot device showed up to break them up. You gave them personalities outside of each other, reasons before the fact of why it may not work and a lot of reasons why, in the end, it would.
Anyway just thought I'd leave you a review to let you know I really like this fic.

this is one of the most amazing fics that I have ever read. Fantastic job!
| Kat chapter 12 . 6/6/2014
This was absolutely amazing to read!
It had the right amount of everything. It made me laugh and it made literally cry. Fantastically done. Congratulations on writing such a beautiful fic.
The only thing I wish was different, was the length. I'm the type of reader that loves super long fics lol. But either way. Very well written.
Thank you for this!

WHOA THIS WAS SO GOOD
The writing style has to be right for Sherlock fictions. Your style was appropriate, and the events and method of presentation made this an exhilarating read. I loved the tie-in as well, at the end. A clever way to generate closure with the readership, and renew the excitement about the original series with a different perspective. 10/10.
| Angela Conti chapter 5 . 3/31/2014
This is just so lovely. I don't really do AU stuff, but I'm so glad I started reading this...
| Angela Conti chapter 2 . 3/31/2014
When Sherlock is waiting for John, cigarette hanging from his lips, I imagine he looks a lot like Spike from Cowboy Bebop. After that, I couldn't stop seeing it as an anime. It's awesome.

This probably means nothing, but in the books Sherlock was born in 1854 and John was born in 1853.
"An estimate of Holmes's age in the story "His Last Bow" places his birth in 1854; the story is set in August 1914 and he is described as being 60 years of age. Leslie Klinger cites the date as 6 January."
"In A Study in Scarlet, Watson, as the narrator, recounts his earlier life before meeting Holmes. It is established that Watson received his medical degree from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, the University of London in 1878, and had subsequently gone on to train at Netley as a surgeon in the British Army. If one assumes that Watson entered the University of London at around the age of twenty-five, he would have been born around 1853."
