Apparently I'm a latecomer to this story.
As I think I've mentioned in other reviews, I dislike reviewing on a chapter by chapter basis. It seems to pressure authors to write each chapter as a complete short story, resulting in a fair amount of re-capping previous events to bring the audience up to date. It also discourages authors from setting up later scenes that will happen in later chapters, because the audience wants it right now.

This was an excellent story up to the point where Harry is warned of danger to Hogwarts by the basilisk. I draw the line at demons from another plane of existence. As this is a WIP, I figure you also didn’t know where to go with this either, as you haven’t added anything in 5 years... I liked Harry as the Beast! Oh well. Sorry.
