Beautiful and original work for your story.
Things I particularly like:
-Pettigrew a worthy member of the Marauders, at least in terms of ability
-Dumbledore's actions regarding Harry being well done and original. Certainly more realistic reasons for why Harry was with the Durseleys over other magical families, and nice touch about PTSD and the cupboard. Also that he has had Unspeakables trying to deal with the Horcrux in Harry
-FINALLY a decent explanation for why Astronomy is mandatory
-fun with Harry calling out the wizarding world
-interesting with the werewolves without letting things get bogged down

I am late joining into this story but your story had left me in tears of laughter at unholy times at night, kept me on the edge of my seat, and had taken up all my time the past two days until I read all that I could. I wad heartbroken to see you had not updated in over the years! I am aware that you are a working adult with your own problems with children, lay offs, job relocations, and more! It would be no surprise to find these and much more are the cause of your long absence...
