All great fantasy delves into various"fairy tales" for inspiration and JKR certainly didn't restrict herself to one culture's tales,,, besides the fae are very much part northern European mythology.

Voldemort is going to have to watch memories from someone who saw the MM broadcast to review what happened. This is good from a point of strength and since it wasn't a full moon they will only consider it is a animus form.

Seriously though, wolves are awesome, I've known and watched and really like how they operate but it just isn't true that they don't kill for sport. Wolves like to toy with prey, and not just when teaching the pups. Wolves are amazing hunters period and they DO play with their food on occasion. Just like some sheepdogs that have to be put down for killing sheep for fun. Or your average pet cat. It doesn't make them evil or even bad but it is foolish to pretend they are somehow morally bound to be"good" by human standards. Ok, rant over. Still really, really like this story and think it is one of the best.

Damn! That was fast as most wolf fights are I've seen. Dog fights take a while but most deadly intent fights finish rather quickly.

Rough. Harry has won so much, the separate wolf packs means he only has to convince their leaders to only face Greypsycho and some rogues possibly. If he takes the win he'll run a huge pack tho which will be a nightmare. Most wolves respect strength and Harry's repartees won't go unnoticed as he could back up his statements just by being there alive.

Rumours of his being an original shapechanger will further attract some as a personal incentive to protect one who holds the promise to save them all...Well done!

Truly like this fic! The Princess Bride, Spaceballs and other movie references kept cracking me up but the Tournament acts and Narcissa's angry working out Sirius and Harry's plans were just priceless. Absolutely respected how Harry explained Snape's probable reaction to learning his werewolf story and the getting rid of so many death eaters along with Voldemort's own killing his followers is...satisfying. Wonder if Lucius is a werewolf now? Would be very ironic.

The Wizengamot where Harry had his say and dumped their responsibilities back onto themselves was nice too and more productive a warning but calling Umbridge a toad lookalike...hilarious!

Like the pack meet description and happy that Porters avoided being part of the politics of the social elite. Still able to be solicitor and card sharks but just not into the public scene. Best believable good and not clueless Dumbledore I've ever seen I think too. This is a fabulous fic, argh, need to get back into my account so I can favorite it.

Please update soon, or at least let us know you haven't died on us. I have been rereading this story and it is still an excellent read.

Ok this is awesome and I love it well done. This is well written and I look forward to more. Also the anon who notched at you about your title is an idiot. The title is an intelligent one a play on words I knew your Harry would be a werewolf even before I read the description.

I see that it has been over two years since this has been updated but I still hope that it is alive. I very much enjoyed it and am finding the concentration on the magical part interesting.

I like that you are trying to portray Dumbledore in this way. I'm a bit tired of the whole manipulative or evil Dumbledore thing, as it has been done so many times. And you have done a good job of making him out to be the tired old man, it makes him more human.
