and how come Potter isn't an alpha yet, while Remus was a usual guest at the gatherings and if he's now a beta then surely there's an alpha now. And those guys already accepted HP's werewolf status so then he's an alpha officially even without all those ceremonies.

and all those werewolves who supposedly have to hide themselves but showing off their faces (only a part are registered) - takes some werewolf to be caught and get through their memory to know the rest

idk why you, author, wanted to push that while I don't see much respect in being werewolves or following them. Yea, spoiling Voldie's plans for that, but:

wtf? Potter is at his full strength at the moment while Grayback will get only by then... It's ridiculous to follow that sort of rules. They're just pointing out that they're much weaker than HP most of the time at least. And if they'd start the hunt for the Boy-Who-Lived or happen to hurt him...guess what'll happen with their stances in Britain.

isn't she a usual werewolf who can shapeshift only at full-moons and other than that it's unlikely she's a good witch (werewolf laws) or a witch at all. What's with all that "superiority"?

Like said, alpha of the pack isn't necessarily a werewolf (James & Lily alphas) and can just prove not being a werewolf by not keeping away from everyone on a full-moon night. So can't see a problem. At least not about the situation in where those who can define the beast would just accept themselves as the Death Eaters who were at the Volde's side that day or are associated with them. Ofc could've traded one for another like in chess or with that Nott sacrifice... And there's the tempering with the memories as well.

idk about that Dumbledore - might've used the connections in ICW to get more help, but then he uses up those job slots and holds his politics while there's already dire situations. His "Greater Good" is too controversary - at least because there's a way to just finish off the Death Eaters who are well-known and stick around to do harm (Malfoy) - it's not like it's that hard to do this, and no need for great magical power for that (no need to do that by himself even). Dumbledore just sticks to his ideals and thinks him doing the job is better than the others' who could've taken up his opportunities.
