You are misinformed. You cannot get a BP reading from a pulse as BP stands for blood pressure. He'd have to have a BP cuff like what they use for check ups.

The Adventure of Six Napoleons is my favorite because I figured it out long before Sherlock did. He still couldn't figure out why the dude was smashing them and I already knew the guy was looking for something XD. You'd think Sherlock would've known that from the beginning.
