![]() ![]() ![]() Sometimes I'm not sure which people is more barbaric, haha Really great story, I look forward to the next chapter :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() The whole 'sewing his mouth shut and putting a venom-dripping serpent above his head' actually never happened in the 'real' stories. It was some christian woman who made the story up in order to make the nordic myths more similar to christianity, so we were easier to convert. Loki is far from evil; he's a force of nature. |
![]() ![]() I love your story! It's really fascinating. Started to read it and couldn't stop because you wrote it so awesome! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow great job. I love the anticipation you are building. Keep writing. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Odin is sending mixed messages... he called the frost giants "creatures" but claims he won't use the word "monsters". Anyway, it seems everything will go well (?) during the upcoming visit! ;) |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is an amazing storyline and it is so well written I find myself so drawn into the characters and the world! Please update soon this story is so wonderful! |
![]() ![]() ![]() FAN! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Well, Loki's talk with Odin went pretty well, all things considering. Let's hope the actual diplomatic visit is free of disaster. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Aw, what a terrific conversation between Odin and Loki! You way surpassed my expectation for this because it was so fitting how you wrote it. *beams* The two so don't like to give away too much but they still make (almost) every effort to behave civilly towards each other and with time, I hope there's exactly that, hope for redeeming their fractured/frayed relationship as well. I was grinning SO HARD and evilly at Loki when, on his way out, he slipped up and called Odin "father" again. :-p Especially after his adament insisting on not considering him that in the beginning. LOL Thor (and the Warriors Three plus Lady Sif) breaking the news about the official Jotun delegation feasting with them in the near future to the warriors of Asgard was so well planned too - and actually went better than I would have expected. But then, Thor's friends did their best to help out as well. I can't wait for more! |
![]() ![]() Great to see you still continue this story! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Hooray, an update! Odd way of turning Loki's "strangeness" into an asset, but hey, whatever works. Especially if they don't reveal the fact that the Frost Giants are also family to him. I love the prickly father-son interactions with Odin. It really does show how much of an asshole Odin is without necessarily meaning to be. He's not a kind father; he's a king who demands respect, otherwise his love for Loki would've never been in question. And now that Loki doesn't even recognize him as family, it just makes everything that much more difficult between them. Love this characterization. Until next time (hopefully not so long from now!) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Interesting talk with Odin. I love that they were both trying to manipulate each other. And they both ended up happy with the results, I think. Smart of Odin not to comment on the "father" slip. And Loki wanting to make sure everything's perfect for the visit was adorable and seemed very much in character. Thor's attempts at diplomacy went rather well. I was very proud of the warriors and Sif for quickly understanding what needed to be said, for *embracing* rather than trying to hide Loki's different-ness (what? totally I word... that I just made up). Should be an interesting mission. |
![]() ![]() I'll probably go crazy if this story ever ends... I love it so much! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Absolutely brilliant! Hopefully, Loki will keep living in Thor's chambers... Separating them seems unthinkable now. |
![]() ![]() Hii i love it love it luuv it! You are such a good writer, all your characters are so complete and genuine, keep up the good work! :D |
