| dracomom chapter 8 . 5/29/2012 Liked what I've read so far- it might be easier to follow if you placed scenes in order, but much less like the show. I'm not sure I agree with the pulses of power restoring memories (to a point)but it's as valid as any other explanation. Traditionally, the time limit on many contracts was a year and a day; but that's not hard-and-fast. I suspect that Regina may have known she was being used even as she cast the Dark Curse, but she didn't want to realize it yet. Once the Curse was cast, I can see her gloating about it. Creeping about with her skeleton keys, reading people's diaries and such to learn how they were adjusting to this world (even through the spell, there had to be some reshuffling of relationships until things settled down)and selecting just the right details to torture them with before their memories solidified. I look forward to reading the rest. |

Love your characterization of my favorite character (Regina) and definitely want to see what you do with Rumple. LOVE this story. |
