This story deserves much more attention than it's currently receiving. Do you have an account on archiveofourown? You could also submit it to some fanfiction tumblrs and they'd be more than willing to get it out there. Truly amazing work. I am impressed!

Interesting story, will be nice to see Tyrion talk with Ned. Looks like Ned is planning on leaving when he meets Robb. That would be an interesting story Ned and Robb in rebellion or possible peace, better then a Ned taking the black story imo, but either could be interesting.

I love Arya interacting with the others as a boy but still trying to obey for father.

This is an amazing opening. I cannot wait to see where you go with this. I love the bit where Varys giggles to himself and his little game with Baelish. Littlefinger has no idea how outclassed he really is.
