I do not know how many times I have re-read this story, but each time I fall in love with it even more. I loved quirky Bella and uptight Edward and their unconventional love. I hope that you write more future-takes. I would love to read about Edward taking Bella to visit Jamie, her parents, and gran at the cemetary and having her give a proper goodbye. Maybe Esme joins for support. I would also love to see Bella pregnant with Mase or a 4th baby! Anyways, great story!

That was... Confusing

It took me 2 days to read this story which is considered an achievement for me considering it generally takes me more than 3 days to finish one fic, which says a lot about how hooked I was when I first read this story. See, I love stories that trigger something in me to emphatize with the character and make me want to be part of their world; frankly, this is one of those stories. At first, I was a bit apprehensive because the anticipation of drama is already peeking through chap 1, but I was surprised that I kinda love the drama. My heart physically aches for this Bella and I can't ignore the pang in my chest whenever her past gets brought up or when she hints that she's willing to let Edward go if he indeed wanted Bree back (i hated it when this happens ahck). I'm so fond of this Bella because despite her dark past, she has this endearing,quirky, and weird personality that you wouldn't have guess to have such a dark past. At some point, I get so frustrated in the turn of things, but I guess that's part of the drama ha!

I love the Cullen Clan and I find it hilarious that Bella refers to Esme as 'Hoverer'. I love how they openly accepted Bella with open arms. I absolutely love Brady and Bella's moments and it makes me think that no doubt Bella is going to be an amazing mother one day. What's surprising is that I even liked Tanya here because usually she's one of my most hated characters because most fanfics portray her as a bitchy character, and I was pleased in was not that way in this case. I get that almost ten years of relationship is something that is really admirable, but I completely agree that it is about quality not quantity. For me, two, three, or four years of happy, contented, healthy relationship is much better than ten or fifteen years of unsatisfying, doubtful, and unhealthy relationship. I'm glad that Edward has finally come to his senses and has seen that he deserves better than to let Bree manipulate and use him while she is out there searching for something —or someone—to get something "out of her systemwhich is a shitty thing for her to do, that's why I don't like her at all) I also loved that Bella is selfless enough to give Bree a chance to let her truth out so that everybody can move on from this mess, despite finally recognizing that her feelings for Edward runs deeper than what she thought. I hated how things got misunderstood right after that happened tho, but I cling to that promise of HEA on your AN so that keeps me reading and rooting for Edward and Bella here whoohoo!

I laughed, I cried, I bitched, I snorted, I shouted and needless to say I LOVED this story. This story kept me on edge constantly and make my heartbreak countless times. I love the ending and outtakes (tho it irks me that Bree hasn't completely moved on yet) and gotta love the Cullen kids!

p.s. I love the song "Arms" by Christina Perri and I love that whenever I listen to it, Edward and Bella in this story will pop in my mindKudos! You are an amazing writer Patty! sending my love x

It’s midnight and you wrote this story 8 years ago and I can hardly breath of how much I’m crying. Wow.

I’ve read this chapter about a million times. And the thing that always stands out to me is that Edward never says anything to Bree about his feelings towards her or Bella. He doesn’t act like he loves Bella at all, so, I can see why Bree kissed him. He never tells Bree that he’s moved on. He doesn’t tell her that he doesn’t love her anymore. He literally says nothing. So yeah, honestly, this is Edward fault. Really all of it. :/
And my heart just hurts for Bella for about 99% of this fic. She loses her family. And then she was used. And when their relationship “changed” Edward really just called it a time out from “ogbb”. By saying time out, it means there will be a time in at some point.
