"Don't get me wet, Jane," Maura warned, holding up a finger at her. She was met with a pair of raised eyebrows and a set of devilish brown eyes, each of them calling each other's bluff for a silent moment.

That entire scene brought a HUGE smile. Especially enjoyed Jane's attempts to cover Maura after soaking her robe in front of her father.

I've loved this entire series and I think you did a brilliant job writing each of these characters. It was charming and believable.

I'm loving this story! Normally I'd wait 'til I got to the end to review but this chapter was just... awesome. The "breast" part sent me into a laughing fit, especially since I originally past over it at first reading it as "best" for some reason and then when Jane corrects herself I was like... wait ... she said "breast." OMG I CAN"T GET OVER THIS SCENE. I absolutely love your characterization of Jane and Maura. It's so real and fits so easily with the main text. I was going to be productive today but looks like I'll be reading this instead!

This was a great ending, even if some of Frankie's and Tommy's antics had me cringing ;-)

I love Jane's line about knowing how to "do romance".

Awesomely cute ending. I loved it...and I loved this story. Thanks for sharing.

Well...I...don't really know what to say. Like at all. Because every word of this has been amazing, and the epilogue was just the cherry on top of the most decadent cake ever written in the Rizzles fandom (ooh! Like one of those chocolate cakes from Costco's. That is this story's food equivalent. Also, that just reminded me of your "mon cherry" line, and how brilliant that was. Too, too adorable).

This whole thing just comes off as so effortless. The day trip idea was brilliant, and I love how Phillip (who I picture to be Ducky from NCIS, btw, haha) wound up bonding with Tommy and Frankie! It was a totally brilliant idea that was done very believably. I love that you don't half-ass anything, and Phillip and Maura both sound so legit in their knowledge of this place and its history. It's stuff like that which makes a story fantastic, not just good. Also, I love that you made Maura a little sad that her day-trip-for-two was interrupted, instead of having her go with it right away. Again, very realistic and tactfully handled.

I also love that you're able to make this romantic without it being too schmaltzy. Jane's attitude towards everyone else probably helps- I loved Constance and Angela's "estrogen-fueled responses" that kept her on her toes, haha. And that last line just about destroyed me with its perfection. Teach me to write like you!

Ah..this has been one of the best fics I've read on here. I'm so sad it's over, but the ending was perfect. I loved the way they all got on together in France. The way you described everything...I could imagine being there. Just so so good.
