Ok, so I just finished reading this, I have been reading it when I have the time over the past 1-2 weeks and it was amazing. I started reading when I saw in the description of a marauders fanvid that the editor had read this, and after I started I just couldn’t stop. Your writing is awesome and all the characters were so captivating! My favorites were of course James, Lily, Remus, Marlene, and Sirius, but I also loved the others that you included like the coopers and Colton. And wow, these last 20 or so chapters were INCREDIBLE! They were the saddest and happiest moments ever and I just can’t believe how invested I was in the characters. All of their deaths were so well written, and most of them were unexpected and they completely shocked me (Marlene, Evelyn, dorcas). I’ll stop this review cause it’s wayyyy too long but again, ABSOLUTELY AMAZONG JOB! I’m going to go check out your other fics! 3

I applaud your writing. This is the only work of fiction that has ever made me actually sob and cry. I'm literally so sad right now and like everything is blurry from tears...

This was incredible. I’m at a loss for words. This story made me bawl my eyes out and grin until my cheeks hurt. Thanks so much for writing this gem. I absolutely loved it.

And no sweetheart being a housewife is not just cleaning up after husband and children ! There’s more to it than you know of ! And the way you have written her justification for her not wanting to be a housewife is just pure insulting! You make it sound like housewives lead a boring life and slave away ! No they are the backbone to their family they hold the entire household together and sure as hell have a interesting life ! I’m not judging lily for not wanting to be a housewife but her insulting other women for wanting to be a housewife is what’s bothering me !

I liked the story and stuff but could have done without so much slut shaming (it’s really annoying how women can bring other women down) and shaming women who wanted to be a house wife , I mean what’s wrong in wanting to be a housewife !?

I just want to say that I noticed that Remus calls Dorcas Dora like he calls Tonks that, too.

So. It's been about a week and I still haven't recovered.

You gave all these characters the story they deserved. Marlene, Dorcas and especially Peter. Their development was perfect. I was in love with all of them and their deaths broke me. I love that Lily got friends who were as strong and interesting as her. I really loved Marlene.

I loved the little things like them dancing together often (which was hinted at movie in movie cannon with the photo), the pocket watch.

One thing I would have liked was a reason why Dorcas hated Emmelane. Even if it was tiny or petty. Maybe if it tied into her bogarts story.

The ending felt a little rushed, you skipped over a whole year, which I would have loved to have seen more from. Honestly I would have just loved more of the story. But, the fact that the story was completed gave me the closure I needed. It ended perfectly. Remus' last look at Harry, the letter.

I am actually destroyed when I think about the Marauders Era and how they all ended, but I like to think, even though they had a tragic end, theyre were just too happy to live happily ever after.

But in case I don't, thank you so much for sharing this. It was incredible. Honestly one of my favorite fics ever. And thank you for finishing it, although the ending is heartbreaking, I really feel like it's complete, and it gave me the closure I needed. I really feel like I know and understand the Marauders and the original Order now.

Why do I love Marlene and James friendship so much. I love James in this chapter. Also I love Marlene. Except for some reason I have a problem with the fact she's beautiful. The fact that her, Dorcas, Lily and (weeps) Mary are beautiful is a little too much. Like can we have one achievable realistic looking girl. But to be honest if she was average looking I'd have probably been annoyed by that too.

Was the strawberry bracelet charmed to protect her or something? I was a bit confused about that bit... But otherwise great chapter! Was meant to have an early nigh tonight but nope! Story got way to good to put down!
