| TeahTheFoxLover chapter 10 . 9/8/2013
My God, this is horrid. I couldn't take my eyes off it until the very end. That you made the ending open so Wally basically walks away scott free - even more horrifying. I love this story for its cold approach, pure originality, and the masterful way you wrote it.
I wish there were more stories like this out there, because in a nutshell it sounds damn plausible if Wally were to go off the deep end. The way you describe it, Wally seems like a sociopath that acts completely normal with people and bonds with them, but as soon as a person is scheduled as 'next' for his experimentation, all feelings for that person shut off, or are at least detached from the body itself. HIs behavior is consistent through all the chapters, and that makes it truly frightening, as well as make this a damn good story.
You make seriously good sociopath stories, man.

Twisted ending. Wonderful.
"he did hope to also make his uncle proud."

LOL on Wally trying to incriminate Olliver. Interesting about Roy's eyeball.

This was horrid. And I loved every second of it.
How Wally outsmarted the whole League, the huge bit of insane you put there.
This was an amazing experience.

I don't understand why this doesn't have more reviews!
I love how you begin each chapter with one simple statement about biology:Martian biology differed drastically from human biology; The study of Marine biology was always interesting to Wally;Kryptonian biology.
Out of context it is so innocent sounding, but within this story, such simple sentences become twisted foreshadowing. WOW. It easy to write something scary and gorey (hollywood is filled with junk), but it takes a whole lot of talent to do what you do...a sort of horror with finesse. I don't know how to put it into words. I'm not even that big on horror or bloody or scarry for that matter, but you save the genre for me.
Enough of the fangirl waxing poetic. Back to the story.
The JL moving Conner to Wallly's school for saftey reasons-totally believable. It's a great moment playing with the concept of what characters know vs what readers know (don't know if there is an exact term). I love how Wally didn't find anything he wasn't expecting, making Conner's death a bit more tragic than the rest, that really is how science turns out sometimes.
I'm curious whose next, after all Roy and Artemis are both human and archers and Wally already got his human specimen. Unless he kills a speedster just to see how he, himself, works.

Wow. I can't believe this has so little reviews.
The story is amazing, the Idea of Wally's sick curiosity...Brilliant.
Keep it up.
I'll be waiting for more :D

Wait, I thought he already killed Dick? Unless your talking about Tim? I'm loving this fic, though! I wonder how he'll be able to disect Conner, with his invulnerability...
