Reviews for Harry Potter and the Power of Paranoia |

V2H chapter 16 . 9/11/2023 True! Dumbledore doesn't eat puppies! They're far too stringy. He eats kittens. The same kittens that McGonagall forces her 5th years to practice vanishing spells on. The kittens do not go "into nonbeing, which is to say everything" as McG tells the ravenclaw door knocker in book 7. No, the partially vanished remains of the kittens go into Dumbledore's private pantry! |
Guest chapter 19 . 9/5/2023 Wow |
Guest chapter 18 . 9/5/2023 Honestly I'm fine this level of bashing. It didn't even need to be true, and I wouldn't be too surprised if we never find out. However, what matters is that Harry has reason to believe it is true and you have written him VERY paranoid. |
Guest chapter 16 . 9/5/2023 Got this odd feeling it won't work. Though I'm sure they'll be happy to remember their friend and godson exist |
Guest chapter 8 . 9/5/2023 Wow, this is actually incredible and all just because some guy decided to fidelius himself. |
Guest chapter 5 . 9/5/2023 This just keeps getting better |
Gilliweed chapter 19 . 9/3/2023 The correct expression you tried to use in this chapter would be: "There but for the grace of God", which is a shortened version of the full expression "There but for the grace of God go I". What you actually wrote, There for the grace of god (yes, with God in lowercase and everything) has a completely different connotation and meaning. |
fvdv123 chapter 19 . 8/20/2023 The argument of Pascal Wager is flawed. If you don't believe in God it is better to worship in case there is One? There are hundreds of different religions, their main rule is, if you don't believe in me, you can't get in. Worse, if you believe in the wrong one, you get punished. So it is safer to not believe and get a slap on the wrist than to believe in the wrong one and get roasted. Just a thought, really. The story is great though. |
Lord Touch Me chapter 23 . 8/17/2023 James Bond. ..LOL hahaha :D |
maiqsmail chapter 23 . 8/18/2023 Ha, good and humorous piece this fanfic is. Subverts the established expectations and breathes new air into regular narratives. The ending is pretty good too. Thank you for this fanfic. |
maiqsmail chapter 19 . 8/18/2023 Wow. Okay. Alright, I always called the old goat Dumbdumb, but in here he's positively badass. Turns out he can do wonders of sufficiently motivated, huh. I wonder what Voldi could do if he motivated his people properly instead of throwing cruciatuses around with little distinction. |
maiqsmail chapter 17 . 8/18/2023 Hermione accidentally figuring out her location in few seconds it took to go from the driveway to the house and thus making a squib out of Dumbdumb would be utterly hilarious. |
maiqsmail chapter 16 . 8/18/2023 Funny thing is I have been actually reading some fanfics where the exact role of Dumbdumb in the downfall of Potters was discussed and in a few of them, yes, he was portrayed as worse than eating puppies. You never know... Also I would like to apologise for slipping errors in my reviews. I'm rather excited by this fanfic so I didn't put enough time to proofread my reviews before sending them, instead I continued to read onwards. |
maiqsmail chapter 15 . 8/17/2023 Brilliant piece. I haven't read such a long winded disparaging speech given to Dumbdumb since Basilisk-born fanfic (bloody amazing book, by the way, I do recommend). My only gripe is that you should've ended it by getting Dumbdumb plastered and passing out. And his plans would kick in in the next chapter. That way it would be a complete story and treats could optionally stop there and be satisfied. I d when my expectations get thrown out with a surprise in fanfics. Getting an unexpected ending like that would be a surprise just like that. |
maiqsmail chapter 12 . 8/17/2023 I was about to rant about the ridiculousness of Fidelius being lifted with the death of secret keeper but then, yeah, no humans to pass the secret down the line, that's fair. (puts the pitchfork away) |
