| TheBubbleBee chapter 1 . 1/7 Ohmylord I could feel the tension through the screen. Excellently written! Kinda bummed it ended here, I wanted more. Loved that lestrade thought in different ways than mycroft, but it also makes sense- Mycroft thinks logically and is used to politics (who mostly also use some kind of logic) John and Lestrade are people of heart, feelings and doing the little things for the small people (ie the "normal" people) |

I read this several years ago, and it just haunted me, and I looked for it again, and I couldn't find it, and for TWO FRIKKIN YEARS I've been looking for this. It just gripped me that hard. This is entirely in character for all of them, and just grabs you by the guts so you can't look away. I just read it 3 times, before I could even tear myself away long enough to write this. I want you to know that you caused me to obsess over this for way too long, and that I use this fic as a standard for a lot of others. You packed so much tension and drama in such a small place, and it's just...WOW. I was really starting to worry that you'd taken this down, and that it wasn't posted anywhere anymore. I am really really happy to see that's not the case. :) |
