I think this is the only fic on this site that has Blaise as a female. Was this before Rowling posted the ideal Hogwarts class of 1998 roster divided into house and biological gender (ideal referring to the fact that the 1997-1998 school year was marked with a dramatic decrease in attendance for all houses, save Slytherin)? Or was the gender swap just some artistic license?

I quite like the way you still make Ginny sort of panicky for talking to her crush, without making her cool so suddenly. Ahhh I'm not sure how to explain it, it's weird when they have a sudden change from panicky blushing to cool wit. So I like how you ease it in

someone gave me a copy of this fanfic YEARS ago and I've had in printed out in a binder for nearly as long. I'm currently halfway through my 4th or 5th read through. I love this fanfic so much. I'm so happy I've finally thought to look for in online and find the original author.
