This is one of the best things I've ever read in this fandom. I was clinging on to every word the whole chapter - I am totally hooked.

I loved how you described how it was a struggle for whatever Merlin was aware of and how he was perceiving things around him. It was very sad to read - how you wrote it really jerked at the emotions. :'(

And holy dang, my heart broke when Arthur and Merlin were fighting. It was so incredibly sad how Arthur was telling Merlin to fight the enchantment and he was trying so hard but he was slowly losing control! *bursts into tears*

"Kill- me!" Merlin sobbed. "Please, Arthur -"

"Merlin!" Arthur roared with over bright eyes. "Don't ask me that, don't you dare!"

That has to be one of the saddest things I've ever read.

Yay, you post it finally! As always, it makes me happy to see a new story from you, and this one starts so dramatically.

I don't know if I told you before, but my favourite part from this chapter is their fight: you captured their actions so well. Even though I knew you wouldn't maim any of them , I couldn't help but feel anxious until its end.
