Oh my god!

Epic first chapter - after just 1000ish words, I am already COMPLETELY hooked :D. A brilliant new take on A Servant of Two Masters, I like the idea and it improves on the episode even more - and the episode was pretty damn good anyway!

Also, I freakin' love your writing style, and there aren't any glaringly obvious mistakes with grammar or spelling either.

All in all, so far I am enjoying this to pieces :D.

I absolutly love this story. I actually prefer it to the "Merlin" episode. But shouldn't have Merlin mentioned Morgana's hut at one point or another?

Another excellent gem. Wonderfully written. All those Arthur and Merlin moments warmed my heart. The very fact that Merlin tried to kill himself while under the influence was so beautifully loyal and noble and Merlin-like. Wish they'd shown that on the show. I have to say, wish I could hire you as my personal fanfic write and have you write Merlin fics for me all day long. That's how awesome your writing is.

This was good. Of course, I did expect it to be since you're the author, and I think you're wonderful :D

Nice! I definitely felt like there were a lot of missed opportunities in that episode and you did a good job of exploring a couple of them.

I saw you had 100 reviews and I didn't want to screw that up, but then I was like - "101 - that's Dalmatians-worthy!" so I reviewed anyways. Loved the spin on this, showing the episode as a day of Merlin being strong, rather than a clumsy assassin. I'd like to think that's true anyways. And since it still fits in cannon, that's what I'll do :D

That was such a wonderful story! I loved how Merlin fought against the snakey thing. When I watched the episode, I was rather hoping he would do that, and now, I got to read all about it! I love how Gwaine and Arthur were so worried about him too! It was quite adorable! Oh, and if you were a writer for Merlin, I'm pretty sure I'd love all the episodes you wrote!
Anyway, great story!

It does fall perfectly on canon! *claps* well done! :D Besides, the George bit was excellent, I could picture Colin and Bradley's faces so well!
And the bit where "Arthur alone was Merlin's master." got an 'aww' out of me. ( I think have my reviews have that word. I repeat it a lot, anyway.)

Okay I apologise for that, but grr I hate that guy and he manhandles Merlin ,even if it was only a little thing, and Merlin knows what he truly is and can't openly defy the man and thus has to suffer through that obvious fake friendliness, grrr!

Love Gwaine, he makes everything lok easy. I can so imagine him sitting heroicly on MErlin's horse riding bareback and holding Merlin safely on the horse, racing back to Camelot. Brilliant!

No Arthur, don't let go of your supicions! Grr..! but of course you did say you never planned on going beyond this episode, yet... so of course to make it fit somewhat into the season you needed to do this. I'll just snap Agravaine's neck in my dreams then shall I?

I love Gaius' subtle warnings, he's so brilliant at them and good for Arthur to pick up on it.

I love Arthur and Merlin's easy banter.
"You don't have curtains" brilliant response and I absolutely melted when Arthur answered that if MErlin did have curtains he'd open them for him. YAY! Friends forever!
Oh dear merlin, pun intended. When Arthur lifted his chin, ah if only that happened in an actual episode, that was so fantastic and I squeeled like the silly fangirl I am!

Arthur, Arthur, you do remember that Merlin has a serious lack in the survival instinct department. If the choice is between Arthur and Merlin, of course MErlin will try to kill himself, even beg you to kill him. How many times has he tried to do himself in for Arthur's sake? I've lost count XD

wow that very last paragraph describing Arthur's thoughts on Morgana enslaving MErlin's mind and how Merlin was Arthur's and Arthur's alone, brilliant just brilliant. It really summed up how Arthur felt, what a gentle heart he has, never wanting to force a servant to do something like what Morgana tried to make Merlin do, I didn't think I could love Arthur anymore than I already do, but you write him so endearingly! Excellent job!

And yes, I wish you were a Merlin-writer for the show too, you're brilliant!

Sorry for my late reply, I didn't have the time yesterday with going to the movie, which to answer you earlier question was The Amazing Spiderman, and wow that movie was so absolutely brilliant and the actor that played Spiderman/Peter Parker, I'm going to keep an eye on him cause he was spectacular!

Anyway, I finally got aorund to reading this and reviewing, I hope it's clear how much I adored this story and I'm eagerly awaiting any more brilliant stories of yours.
