I don't think I've ever been hooked that quickly. I was in another video game, waiting for my professions to finish making things, and I just realized I left the game running.

Great job. I'm reading a lot more. I love seeing his father and mother.

I will always side with the geth because there is only one quarian I like (Kal'Reegar) and he dies off screen. Plus, the geth seem to actually CARE if people live or die and are always willing to talk (to Shep at least lol).

So glad to have found this story again! It's been a while so I was eager for each new chapter. Things are coming to a head, and withh Rannoch (and maybe Thessia?) on the horizon, Shepard and Garrus have their work cut out for them. The reapers haven't even made an appearance yet! :P Absolutely love your writing, can't wait to see how it progresses!

I must say, this was a great read. I love how you basically created Garrus' interactions with the mysterious family of his that we pretty well never hear anything of. Further, it's nice to have the whole story taken in a different direction that doesn't involve the giant gun of space magic.

Can't wait to see Shepard, Garrus, and Tali play politics with the Getha and Quarians? Update soon. Also, was the station destroyed or the the heretics overwritten?

There's one big thing that stands out with this fic - you have a romance going, but unlike virtually every other fic with a romantic pairing, it doesn't drown out the entire story, You keep it mostly to the background where it belongs, so it doesn't interfere too much with the actual plot. So, kudos on that.

One other thing - it does feel like everything is going a bit too swimmingly, Although I'm sure things will get a whole lot worse if/when the war starts, since you've explicitly written out the Plot Device.

Slowly but steadily, this fic has grown from being a new discovery to being an old favorite. It's one of my preferred takes on ME3, mostly because it manages to straddle both logical-headcanon and familiar Bioware-canon. You deviate from the plot, of course, but they're deviations that serve the characters and, best of all, make enough sense for me to accept (A praise I'm sure you hear all too often). You've captured all the characters (even those Alliance types) and the plot keeps advancing at an agreeable clip. Keep it up! I love what I'm reading!

After sitting through over an hour of jury duty tutorials, this was a much welcome, and needed, surprise. I loved this chapter, mainly from Garrus and Shepard's reunion, but Javik and his grumpy self was a big part of it too :)

I'll admit it; I was barely paying attention to this chapter. Just that after Garrus' chapter I spent this whole one waiting for Shepard to find out the news. lol I think I like Garrus' chapters more than Shepard's, only because she's doing game missions and Garrus is doing completely new things. But it looks like that's about to change.

I'm excited to see how they work together. Looking forward to the next chapter. :)

Now this is the sort of story that I space magic, no stupid moves explained only by necessities of game format, no linearity of some of other fics. Just story, twisted and complex, with believable personalities and their interactions.
