Damn, this was an amazing story! This last chapter really got me, though I'm not at all surprised that it did. The mere mention of it earlier in the story was enough for me to sob a bit. This chapter? Butt-ugly crying.

I came back to this story (it's been a few years...) and saw this "new" part. Loved it, although, as you said, it ripped my heart out.
This is actually one of my all-time favourite Harry Potter fanfictions.

Hey! Great fanfiction overall. The ending was a bit weird, but for what I call a cursed trope where 99% of the fic out there are just sooo bad and pure trash, this is honestly a masterpiece very well written.
