He really didn't know what Ryuzaki was doing to him, or what he was feeling, or why he had that sick, twisted dream about L in the first place! Light's breathing quickened anxiously. He had felt powerless in the dream, powerless when Ryuzaki held him down. He hated it. He hated that weakness. He hated what Ryuzaki was doing to him!

Hey, I think this story is very well written, and the plot is really interesting, but I feel extremely uncomfortable about the way L is behaving towards Light (not to mention Mikami, but he is *supposed* to be perceived as a creep). I tried to read through the first few triggering situations because you *are* a really talented writer and I didn't want to give up the story, but the abuse/gaslighting keeps getting worse instead of better, so I thought I'd suggest you add a trigger warning at the beginning of the story? Please do not take this as a criticism of the story, as I said, I really like your writing, so much so that I tried to keep reading through it despite how uncomfortable some of the scenes made me. I apologise if this comes off as kinkshaming, it is absolutely not my intention. I actually believe that exploring these types of dynamics in fic is extremely rewarding, not to mention *fascinating*, but some warning would be very much appreciated for those of us who might find it triggering. I realise this might not have occured to you, so I'm just pointing it out.
That said, you're a great writer, I wish you all the best and good luck with the story :)
