I sometimes think that Grace and Carrick including fucking Mia Grey...have absolutely NO boundaries in the nosey intrusiveness in other people's business...Grace means well...I never trusted Carrick in the books, the movies or other fanfiction...The Aspen mini vacation for Ana and Christian would have been a positive one for Ana and Christian where they could have caught up ..don some kinky fuckery...but then the Grace and Carrick show up...they had this planned but the timing of just off...Yes Christian is grieving also over the loss of the little Blip...often times after a miscarriage the husband's grief is forgotton in the storm of the physical emotional storm that the wife and mother is suffering...it being physical as well as emotional with the hormonal fluxuations going on and her body being mixed up as the physical loss of the baby and hormone change/loss. But this could also bring the couple together emotionally if they learn to lean on one another and comfort each other...maybe the in laws should step back and allow the couple to grieve together...It was very touching the you as an author wrote of Christian crying to his mother...it is too bad Ana and Christian couldn't have been the ones crying together...I think instead of Carrick chastising Ana about her evesdropping of Grace and Christian he should have kept his nose out of it...I never liked Carrick very much...especially about the fucking pre nup shit...and in the book Fifty Shades Darker and Freed...the way Carrick chastised Christian about having an affair with a married woman (Elena) during his birthday party. And telling Christian that he doubted him being husband material. ...and kept pushing and pushing Christian to make Ana sign a pre nup to protect his fortune...YEAH CARRICK IS FUCKING PRICK LAWYER! FIRST AND FORMOST...I also think that Carrick gave up on Christian as a little toddler and growing up...chosing to ignore Christian instead of helping Christian learn how to be close to the family ...he instead chose to interact with the more demonstrative Elliot ...Throughout the books at the end of Epilogue of Fifty Shades Freed...the part of Fifty's first Christmas I cried my eyes out for Christian as the 4year old little boy who couldn't bear to be touched...thoughtout the books through Christian's inner thoughts and nightmares and interactions with his new family as well as remembering his time with Elena in the beginning and how she drip fed him grooming him and then pounced on the vulnerable hormone raging adolescent boy. In another fanfiction story THE LUCKY ONES with Flynn's help he comes to terms with the damage Elena did to him...He finally comfronts Elena about her abuse of him and the Traumatic Bonding ( The Traumatic Bonding with Elena is a very good discription of Christian and Elena's relatonship...anyway...Christian confronting Elena...saying to her...I was a horning hormonal adolescent that would have fucked a snake if someone would have help its head for me...Oh wait I did fuck a snake!...I loved that part of the story in that fanfiction...
