Aww! This is sweet. Meeting Shayera's family in more than passing, you see where she gets her heart and her sense of honor. It also explains her attachment to the bloody mace. :P
Her early years were revelatory. We saw her sculpted and shaped. Her later time with John is a reflection of all of those moments. She truly is living out her ideal, which is a rarity. Typically there are too many compromises but Shayera is unyielding by nature so she would be loathe to surrender even an iota of her dreams.
Cojurtney's inclusion was fun. I don't think you've ever used her before. Her acceptance of Shayera was innocent enough, as befits her youth. She'd either completely love or hate Shayera. She is a creature of impetious extremes.
Freya? Shayera was friends with the Norse Queen of the Gods? Wow! Too cool! :P
