Hi, you say in the second paragraph "ring her neck". I think you mean "Wring" as in strangle in frustration (like wring the water out of clothes as opposed to ring which means draw a circle around)

Hey, I like this idea a lot. One thing thought, childbed fever often didn't set in for several days after delivering a child as it was caused by infection. Similar to catching the flu, you don't get sneezed on and then know whether or not you will get ill. Women were considered at risk for purpuria for a week or so after delivery. In the Tudor time period, infection after childbirth was more common for wealthier women because their midwives were skilled enough to deal with many complications during birth, but there was no known way to prevent infection. Sorry for the History lesson.

Hurray for the new chapter!
YAY Anne's pregnant! I hope she does have a safe pregnancy.
Henry has been awful towards her. She's doesn't need his acceptance.
Its rather sad that she can feel herself falling out of love with Henry.
I'm glad that she's getting detailed updates about her daughters. I have an idea of who 'Miss Marie' is, but I want to make sure I'm right.
""Ella had started speaking simple words. According to Miss Marie, her first word, like her sisters, had been "Mama". Since then she had also learned to say "Aaah!" and "Maahhy", which Miss Marie had been thrilled about."" This is good. i like that their first word was mama.
Elizabeth is certainly a especially smart little girl.
""The last letter Anne received had a bright orange curl entwined with a dark red one and what Anne believed to be two small thumb prints on the letter.
Anne was the Queen of England and had countless gowns and jewels, but no gift was as precious to her as the tokens from her sweet children. She had put the locks of hair into a locket which she wore every day now."" This is sweet. Its an easy way to keep a part of her daughters with her.
""Every letter Anne received she replied to. The notes were always short, since she feared risking Miss Marie's true identity. Anne would sometimes send a few coins in them, but she was so grateful of the gift that Miss Marie had given her that she had sent a special present to her in return.
It was a simple necklace, as a bigger and grander one would not have fit. She knew that Miss Marie would treasure it just the same. The necklace had once belonged to the Dowager Princess Katherine. Anne could not give up any of the Queen's jewels, but she could give her this small token.
Anne's relationship with Miss Marie could not be called friendship. It was much too complicated to even be given much of a title, but Anne knew that Mary Tudor was no longer a foe."" I was right! I LOVe that it is Mary whose sending her the updates.
I think its sweet that Ella prefers her older sister above all the others in the house, beside Elizabeth of course.
Oh I dispise Lady Ursula!
"'She glared at the child in her arms, "Stupid bastard."
Then, Ella whined something different for a change.
Ursula smiled cruelly. At least she knew what she was.
She almost didn't notice Lady Bryan storm into the room with fire burning in her eyes."" I do hope Lady Urusla is thrown out or something like that.
""I wish to return to my chambers to lie down. I don't want any of my emotions to cause distress and harm to our child."
And with her head held up high, Anne walked out of the room with the elegance of a Greek goddess, leaving her shocked husband wide eyed with guilt."" Well done Anne.
Henry won't deny her amything now. That's a good and a bad thing.
it will soothe Anne though to be with her darling daughters.

Wow! Anne is a freaking genius lol. I can't believe Henry wasn't smart enough to see that she wasn't talking about his mistress. Please let Anne have a boy!
