Harry gets his Family Heirloom and the map his Father made right?

Dumbledore's reasoning on creating a 2nd Voldemort and expecting they'd just safely dispose of each other or be so weak he could finish them off seems horribly flawed lol. Unless he's sitting watching their fight to the death, whoever won would likely run and hide and lick their wounds, and then Dumbles would still have a Dark Lord to deal with. And that's assuming Harry didn't just join Voldy instead of fighting him, since Dumbles did such a good job making them similar. His belief he's made sure Harry hates Voldemort could easily fall apart if Harry realizes even to some extent, Dumbledore's manipulations. After all, Dumbles is the one that's conditioned him to hate Voldemort, so if he doesn't trust him... Plus if he decides Dumbledore is the bigger threat, or the one he hates more, well...

You really made a scumbag Dumbledore in this lol. Glad the other three heads of house seem to have some common sense and decency. If they'd continued to fall for Dumbledore's lies and placations, it would make all three look extremely stupid and gullible, so I'm glad they wised up.
So Hermione is being screwed with. And Ron to a very minor extent, but not enough to excuse his behavior. Hopefully Harry, Bella, or Hermione herself eventually figure out what's happening and cure her.

Harry should charge the school for the loss of his family heirloom, the cloak. There's got to be some sort of law for the theft of an ancient family heirloom... That would probably get Dumbles to actually get it back to him.

He should've burned the fat lady's portrait when she still wouldn't let him in when the new year started. It was pretty easy for Sirius to terrify her by cutting her portrait with a knife. I'm sure Harry could do far worse, or threaten to do far worse in order to scare her into compliance. Then he could happily kick the crap out of anyone trying to keep him out of his room, then ward his stuff to high hell. It'd be easier to just sleep elsewhere, but it's the principle of the thing.
