I loved this story, it was so well written, kept me on the edge of my seat/bed.
Gotta love Tony, hé is definitley the big brother Clint should've had. Love his protective side and thé fact Clint is the baby of all of them.
Will totally add this one to my favs! Well done!

Great story. I love how the Avengers are a family, a messed up one, but still family.

This is a really great fanfiction, good job!
I really enjoyed the way you portrayed the characters, as well as the family connection between all the characters.
I noticed a few small errors within the grammar and spelling, but it's nothing major, so there's no need to worry.
keep up the good work!

This also was awesome! Loved the Living Things- titled chapters. Really gave more meaning to the chapters, especially the last one. I've always loved Tony when he's threatening someone. It's so much fun to read and imagine his face: this blank look with his eyes off to the side, but a little squinty and then, at the climax of the threat, he glares at the poor person. :)
Steve's POV when he was talking to Duquesne was also hilarious. I could picture him just exploding and attacking the evil asshole - had to be spectacular to put him in traction. xD

Okay, so I know I've been writing mostly criticism (hopefully you consider it constructive), but that's not what this review is about. I genuinely enjoyed this story. There was really good characterization, and a very interesting plot. It's hard to find good team fics, and so I'm glad to have found this one. Thanks for sharing this interesting and engaging story.

Question: if Clint is so afraid of small spaces, then why in the first chapter did you write how Natasha knew the air ducts so well because she was always chasing Clint out of them? Those are extremely small spaces.
| A chapter 3 . 1/23/2013
Okay, so I'm really enjoying your story (although the thing about Natasha being 80 years old was weird). I do have to make a correction though. It's something that really bugs me when people do it. Chalk it up to me being an English major. As Natasha is dragging Hammer down the stairs she meets with Steve and Tony. You then write that the "latter" slings Hammer over his shoulder and jumps down the stairs. By what follows you clearly mean that Steve picked Hammer up, but the use of the word "latter" means that Tony picked him up.
-either use the word "former" instead of "latter"
-switch the names around so it say Tony and Steve.

So I haven't finished reading this chapter, but I have to comment on something you write that I've seen in other works too (not necessarily yours). When speaking of Tony, Thor refers to him as "our young friend". Tony Stark is not young. Beyond the fact that the actor is probably the oldest of the actors playing the Avengers (except perhaps for Ruffalo), there is also something that Tony mentions in Iron Man 2. He says something to the affect that though his dad has been dead for 20 years he still is teaching him. Howard died when Tony was 17 so that makes him 37 in the movie. That's older than Thor, and Steve and Natasha and probably Clint too if you go by simple biology, and probably around the age of Bruce. Now this gets complicated by Steve's 70 year reign as a capsicle, but he's still biologically younger than 37. Also complicated by Thor's seeming immortality but he looks physically younger than 37. So please (and this isn't a message to just you) stop making out Tony to be the youngest of the group. Please.
Just so this isn't all criticism: I really liked the first chapter.

So, that was really well done. And I really want to see the scene where they light Thor on fire. That sounds epic. You did a really good job mixing humor with seriousness.
Thanks for writing!
