|Reviews for houdini's final stunt|
| emeraldphan chapter 1 . 6/28/2014
A very bleak story, but then again the book was very bleak too. At first it looked like poor Kelly could make a new life for herself but sadly she found the same prejudice in her new country too. Very sad and moving.

I like the idea of different rules in America, brings complexity to the situation. Too stark a transition from tantrum to the bleak ending to be realistic in Ishiguro's more nuanced world.

I liked it! I wish it had been longer, but I like your take on America.

Ahhhh! . This was very sad. I feel sorry for Kelly, and I really hate that Americans had no kindness toward her. I think this was definitely well written, and it reminds me of the book a lot. The two had the same tone.
