Not every Herbology teacher is the Head of Hufflepuff, not every Potions Master Head of Slytherin, not every Transfiguration teacher Head of Gryffindor, and not every Charms teacher is Head of Ravenclaw.

I really really enjoyed this! I love how they started off not liking each other then grew closer the more time spent together. Also, I loved how Hermione didn’t sugar coat anything with Draco (most of the time anyway) and how good she was with his kids and helping him deal with their school-related problems. I loved how Ella was very mature for her age and loved Hermione even if (and maybe because) she was tough and blunt. Wonderful story overall!

Hi. I really enjoyed reading your story. You managed to keep both Hermione and Draco in character but still ensured that Draco was arrogant and sarcastic (yet still funny and likeable without overdoing it) and you managed to show that Hermione is a very good person but who also lets her heart and emotions overrule the logic presented by her brain sometimes (e.g her becoming mistrustful of Draco after his meeting with Daphne and yelling at him after he stunned Ginny). I liked that there was loads of D/Hr interaction in the story so the progression of their relationship from barely tolerating one another to allies to friends to more-than-friends was very smooth and plausible, even if it happened within just a few weeks. The story was fun, humorous and my attention/interest did not wane throughout. I also liked that you made Draco's children a major part of the story without making Hermione their nanny. She genuinely liked them and tried to care for them all the while trying to respect the boundaries that applied to her as their teacher. Ella's character was also highly entertaining and, for me, no scene was dull if Ella was in it.
