Fabulous chapter. Soo funny and eminently readable!

I really enjoyed reading this. The characters are great, and I especially liked the realistic nature of chapter two, and how mature the characters were in dealing with their relationship and the fact that they both needed to do their own thing first. I was glad, however, when they ended back together.
I thought that I would be sad that it was only three chapters, but all of them give a really great insight into the progression of Edward and Bella that I don't really feel like the reader loses out at all. Plus the chapters are long, so that helps :D
Thanks for sharing. I very much enjoyed reading this.

*sighs* I just couldn't love this more...it's incredible to me that this was your first - truly, a remarkable piece of writing and so much more than typical fanfic. From what I understand, you've continued to write at the level of skill you demonstrate here - I congratulate you on setting the standard so high and meeting it over and over. I look forward to reading many more of your words, though I could indulge in more from these two for a very long time. Thank you for sharing your talent and obvious hard work with us. I more than appreciate it.

I wish I could come up with exclamations that are worthy of this chapter. I confess, I've always blown off reading this story - despite loving some of your others, the title never drew me in. I expected it to be another crack fic-like short story that was was giddy, lemon-filled, and pretty silly. How wrong I've been in thinking that and avoiding this. This chapter has revealed to me even more of your writing skill - these characters are fully-realized and absolutely appealing. The plot is believable and pretty realistic, while keeping the "golden romance" dream alive for even the most jaded reader. I love how strong Bella is, and how she is unwilling to toss aside her own dreams for love and how Edward has no expectation or demand for her to do so. I'm hating that the next chapter is the last...but I'm loving how much you give us in every single word in every single chapter. Damn, woman, you can write!

This was the most epic 1st chapter of anything I have ever read - wow! I will have to breathe deeply for a few minutes before going boldly forward. I bow to the excellence of your writing and I thank you. :)

Love the story!
One correction though, once you are matched for a residency you can't decline it :) otherwise you would be left with no residency.
Anyways, I kinda hate that Edward felt the need to tell Bella that he wasn't pining for her. That info was probably not needed.
