Umbridge! I might have known that that fount of misery and woe was responsible somehow for all of this. If/when Harry and Ginny get involved, I hope whatever they do to punish her (send her back to the goblins at Azkaban? Bat-bogeying? Both?) is suitable.

Learning more about Henry's interests, like birding, was some nice character business and I loved his conversation with Annie.

Lovely! Umbridge is a complete moron. And I must say it is wonderful to learn about the place you live, now it is about birds. Umbridge should have searched a bit before using that excuse. I'm loving to return to your old stories and be immersed in this universe.

Wow! There's no way I could have seen that coming! What a chapter. Love the implied knowledge without the specifics, especially the strengths of each individual. Great teamwork too. Typical kids trying to handle things on their own ... sounds like another trio I could mention.

It’s nice to see old friends. I’ve been waiting for the new chapter. Full of surprises and really nice expose on how much had been wiped from the kid’s memories. I really want to know how they escaped Umbridge, but I also really really want to get back to present day and if Annie and James have a chance to work on all of this together. I wish the seven will come up with a plan together, cause I have a feeling Annie and Hen are in danger again with them remembering some of it and with all the breaking of wizirding law they are doing.

Just reread the first 14 chapters this weekend, so I was very happy to get the email that you had updated this story. As always, very well written, I love your attention to detail and how you weave bits of information into the story.
