Slightly confused about the initial ‘door-opening-to-appropriate-authority’ part.
First Alohomora doesn’t work, possibly because he didn’t explain properly.
Then Alohomora /does/ work but he immediately shuts the door… for no apparent reason.
He comments that it works… then asks why it doesn’t work.
Then Alohomora fails to work with the mop.
So… what gives?
