|Reviews for Forgive Me, Dearest Lily|
| Vera Rozalsky chapter 1 . 3/17/2013
Here from the Snapoetry thread on the Teachers' Lounge forum.
Oh man, the cringe factor goes up by a (nonzero) factor with each verse! There's an art to this stuff, as with all deliberate badness, and you have hit the note-so now I want to crawl out of my own skin, which is NOT a nice feeling.
Well done! (of its kind)
| B. M. Reed chapter 1 . 12/13/2012
This is great. "It guts me like a potion knife." Perfection. Hahahahahaha. Sorry. I'm over here just, you know, laughing.
| Snarky64 chapter 1 . 12/13/2012
How did I miss this? It's hysterical.
Sir, I think your rhyme
Might almost be
As bad as mine!
Snapoetry? I love it!
| Rose of the West chapter 1 . 9/5/2012
LOL... that's awesomely bad. He's so sure he's in the right.
| littlebirds chapter 1 . 9/4/2012
Wow! It sure does...rhyme. Well done.
| Sister chapter 1 . 9/4/2012
Oh god, I'm thinking nothing would ensure Lily not hooking up with Snape faster then reading bad teenage poetry. The question is how did he know how to write poetry, it's not as if Hogwarts has an English class.
| AdonCa chapter 1 . 9/3/2012
Love it. I can imagine a teenage Snape, who is smart as hell but very much not the artistic sort coming up with this. It's hearfelt and painful. Painful in that it's really bad. XD
| Rita Arabella chapter 1 . 9/3/2012
I thought it was just perfect; I could see Snape struggling finding the right rhyme. What a hoot. Loved it.
| Seren Flaidd chapter 1 . 9/3/2012
Hysterical. That is great. I can imagine poor Severus writing that!
