![]() ![]() ![]() thank you again. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Loved it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great story. Wasn't sure were this was going at first, definitively not what I was expecting. But a lot of fun, a lot of new ideas that haven't been shown otherwise, quite a unique way to play it out. Thanks for writing. Looking forward to what you have planned for fourth year. |
![]() ![]() ![]() 'Oh god,' you exclaim. 'Three years from now, I suppose?' Well it's been 5. Honestly that's life isn't it. We tend to get what we want, but it tends to take longer than we expect. Definitely still following this story. |
![]() ![]() Oh gosh, this was SO GOOD! I love Forest Elf Harry, so practical and self-reliant and independent and FREE :) |
![]() ![]() i"Is that Lucius Malfoy?" "No, that is a nameless, faceless representative of oppression," the Granger girl said./i *chortle* |
![]() ![]() "What kind of friend of minions ate you, anyway?" LOL |
![]() ![]() ![]() Catch! (ノヮ)ノ |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ooooh~ I am SO looking forward to the next sequel! :D PLEASE say it'll come soon! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm keeping my fingers crossed for them building shelters in the treetops -eventually turning into a classical elf village. _ And also, seriously, I'm hoping Dobby ends up dating Fleur or her little sister -I blame Tolkien. Lol |
![]() ![]() ![]() And randomly, in a logical way, I suddently picture how Dobby elops with Fleur, and have lots of children that are half-elves, with pointy, yet short ears, a bit shorter than humans, but exceptionally pretty, with long blond hair, and elf-magic... living in the forrest with Harry. ...and that was how Harry Potter accidentally created the Elven race! I love how pragmatic your Harry is. Oh, he'll mourn a friend, true. Because he DO care. But he'll also happily take with him bits of her corpse and trade it. It's exactly the way someone LIVING in a forrest would -no waste. No overemotional burials. It's very realistic. _ ...that's weird... Why is he suddenly allowing himself to be bullied into staying with humans? Humans he doesn't even know from the sound of it. Oo I mean... He COULD just threaten to quit. They can't REALLY hold him there. (And even if they could, he'd likely protest by making everyone's life a living Hell. He has an attitude towards being forced very much like me. And I distinctly remember never being vaccinated as a child, because I would hide under a table and cling to its leg, and scream like I was being killed when they tried to drag me out. They couldn't get me loose from the table -which in retrospect is impressive-, I remember them dragging both me AND the table down the hallway before finally giving up. I'd expect Harry to be equally stubborn.) Aaaah... I guess the ending explains it. He lied. xD |
![]() ![]() ![]() Kudos, double-kudos, and tripple-kudos! For ACTUALLY realizing Harry have absolutly NO comparason reason for measurements or time! _ (It's not an accident that the oldest measurement system is the inaccurate use of bodyparts, like "foot". And Harry never had need for any of that. Nor for knowing time. The first originated as a building-tool...proboably (not sure)... and the second requires social interactions, or some nature thing that only happens at a set time -in which case he'd have measured it by the sun, the moon, and maybe the stars.) You are the first REALISTIC writer I have seen in a VERY long time! AND you're a damned good writer too! _ |
![]() ![]() ![]() If dumbledore has half a brain he won't try and keep Harry against his will. It would only ensure he ran away again, and fought him every step of the way. Not to mention he actually need Harry's goodwill. And cooperation. (Especially since he need Harry to sacrifice himself, as he's too much of a coward to kill a child himself.) I am SO happy this has a sequel! I really hope you keep writing this story! :D It may be my new feel-good story. _ (And I won't mourn that I can't find the time to write my mereman Harry crossover with The Sea Eternal so much. Lol) |
![]() ![]() “Oh god,' you exclaim. 'Three years from now, I suppose?' Rude. I'll do my best.” I find this absolutely hilarious given that it’s 2021 and it’s been around five (six?) years. That said, love this series, I must have read it five or six times by now- it gives me the warm fuzzies :) Hope you’re doing ok despite the crazy circumstances! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I absolutely loved all three of these stories. I've got to say Draco was a hoot. |
