| Guest chapter 7 . 9/12
This was insanely amazingly brilliant. I'm almost embarrassed to admit I've read all 163 of the fanfictions you've written. I love your style of writing, it's abstract and thought provoking and different and I absolutely adore it. I really hope you finish this soon and write more because your writing is just incredible and I know I'm rambling on a bit but I can't help it. Please write more xxx
| TheWeasleyWitch chapter 7 . 9/2
Wow. This was absolutely incredible to read. Please finish it, I can't wait to read the chapter written on Dom (will it explain the feud between James and his family in more detail?). Will you be planning to write a follow on story about the five who choose to tread in their ancestors footsteps and follow the path that was intended for them, donning robes of red and gold
| Guest chapter 7 . 9/2
Dominique's the squib as she's the only next generation Weasley who's house isn't mentioned
Teddy (although he doesn't really count) - Gryffindor
Victoire - Gryffindor
Louis - Ravenclaw
Molly - Ravenclaw
Lucy - Slytherin
Roxanne - Hufflepuff
Fred II - Gryffindor
Rose - Gryffindor
Hugo - Hufflepuff
James - Gryffindor
Albus - Slytherin
Lily - Slytherin
All the other children have been accounted for. Louis makes it clear that Dominique is alive (in Paris) and it makes sense in a weird way that Fleur went insane because her daughter was a squib and she couldn't accept it. Also it makes sense why almost all of the kids were scared they wouldn't get the letter, they had already had a cousin who didn't
Great story, please finish it. It's my favourite story of this type xxxx

This is about the twentieth time I've read this story and I love it so much. The characters were so well portrayed and you made them really relatable. I adore the line Lily says about them all being freaks ever since Harry was thrown in the cupboard. Pretty much every other story shows the next generation as having the perfect lives and the perfect worlds and the perfect marriages, I really love how you showed that they ended up just as messed up as the previous generation. Truly astounding writing

Dominique's the squib isn't she. The only two people who's houses haven't been mentioned are Dominique and Rose. And Rose is dating Scorpius while at Hogwarts during the school year so the squib must be Dominique. Is that why Fleur went mad?

Are you going to write a story about the ones who wore Gryffindor gold and were just as fucked up as those who didn't?
| Gitana del Sol chapter 1 . 2/25
Oh, this is *fabulous*! I don't generally read next gen because so many writers cast a sort of glittering, happy-go-lucky sheen over all of them, but Molly felt so *real* here. I love your writing, absolutely fantastic. I am so glad I read this; it was posted on the Harry Potter Challenge Forum and I just followed the link.

But what about the one who wasn't sorted at all? *rolls around*

I absolutely loved this. I was very suspicious about it — next-gen characters afford writers quite a bit of leeway with characterisation and the results can be very mixed — but you've done an amazing balancing act. Just enough quirkiness — little details here and there, with each character marching through their teenage angst parade — but the drama never drags the story down. The faults and shortcomings of the characters are very carefully set against the backdrop of adolescence — identities are worn and discarded like costumes, insecurity eats away at childhood dreams, and relationships constantly merge and dissolve. Consequently, the characters become bittersweetly relatable — their weaknesses never becoming irritating or exasperating.
The only criticism I might offer is in regard to Louis's storyline — there's a part where, during his first year at Hogwarts, he remembers — when he was 'little' — being taken to a Muggle doctor who suggested he had schizophrenia. Most people with schizophrenia are usually diagnosed in their 20s, although onset can occur as early as 16 years old. It's extremely rare to have symptoms preceding the adolescent years, and the youngest possible age is generally around 10 years old.
Anyway, medical missteps aside, I hope one day you return to post the final chapter. I'm not sure which Weasley will be the one who never gets Sorted...I wonder if it's not that they're a Squib, but maybe that they died before receiving their Hogwarts letter?
Looking forward to the final chapter, if you ever complete the fic, and congratulations on your amazing writing.

This was unique and though I disliked the break-ups of two of my favourite pairings - Harry/Ginny and Rose/Scorpious, I found it incredibly interesting.
Cheers, our dancing days,

And I think this is the best thing I've seen. I started reading it on Archive of our own, and now I really want more. I'm dying. I wanna know who the muggleborn is...but it's unclear. I think it's James, but he went to Hogwarts, but he's the one who has a scandal.
