|Reviews for Legend of a Cowgirl|
| AKA PsychicGirl chapter 1 . 10/8/2011
Ok, so I know this story is super old, but I've only recently stumbled upon this fan base. Anyway, I came across your story and I just had to review. This story is amazing. I've only read the first chapter so far, but I' definately going to read the whole thing. You have done a fantastic job with keeping everyone in character, especially Ed. I love how you made her more mature, but still the same old Ed at heart. The plot line is intriguing as well. I'm immediately drawn in to Ed's pain and her struggle with avenging Faye. This chapter has definately grabbed my interest and I can't wait to see what will happen next.

Beautiful, captivating and enough 'Jazz' to rival the original Bebop legend... The Legend of a Cowgirl is a an understated story of untold parallel in CowbowBebop fanfic network...
Since there's no such a thing as perfection, I think the best word for the ending would be...
I've read Judah's comment about the anti-climatic ending... I'd like to disagree... this is the RIGHT ending because that's what vengeance really felt like...
note: in the very first episode, Spike kicked the red-eye users butt good and he wasn't even serious much less fueled by revenge... so why could Ed do it?
SO no.. I think your ending was a very RIGHT one and it does have that 'Bebop' feel to it as well...
Crey, as a matter of opinion, is a character of many contradiction. In the end it was your writing that saved him form becoming just another Spike-reincarnate...
Edward, an amazing characterization... As I've said before, a wonderful yet uncompromising blend of Faye/Spike/Jet... She reminded me of no-one... meaning she's a truly unique character...
... in the end there's no Goodbyes only See you later...
Congratulation and thank you,
Sincerely Yours and Tendo Kasumi,
Kei Krimzon Rayne

| Krimzonrayne chapter 5 . 1/20/2007
I'm trying, trying, to read this slowly, cherishing every opportunity but it's getting harder and harder with each chapter as I found myself drawn into the lines and flowing through them at furious rate...
...your Edward is amazing, an uncompromising blend of Jet Spike And Fayne but above all, a could touch of Ed and Ein...
I'll get back to reading this now...
| Krimzonrayne chapter 1 . 1/20/2007
...like a perfectly thought up tap dance...
... a vivacious young woman in a bower hat, standing in the spot light, silent shrouded her...
...a five minute of visual cocktail, a great sip...
...and we're off...
Brilliantly done, my friend... reading the rest now

Brilliant. I loved every minute of it. My only regret is that it's over! But it was worth reading, very much so.

Whoa, this is da shit man. This is the best Cowboy Bebop story I've ever read. Goddamn, this is AWESOME. The way the storyline flows, it's like watching a new episode of Bebop all over again! I read the Highlander vs Predator too, and it's the best too. Too bad I can't give review more than once, so this is my chance. I hope you will make another interesting and awesome fic; say maybe Methos, Spike, and other cool characters. Keep up the good work! Rock on.
| Judah chapter 13 . 6/16/2005
The dramatic content was comparable with the original series; you captured the intense ambiance. As much as the epilogue touched me, and as well written as the story was, the climax fight between EE and Ed sucked. Why? You had them exchange blows. Ed isn't enhanced, is outweighed nearly 2:1, and doesn't have a constant supply of the Bloody stuff rushing through her brain. Early in the story, you show EE basically dodging bullets. Ed is considerable slower than a bullet, therefore Ed shouldn't have been to hit EE, much less kick ass. I was expect Ed to win with brains, because winning with brawn strikes me as totally bogus. I mean she has the perfect set-up, but doesn't use a bunch of battle-bots? She could even use holographic faces for poetic irony. You ruined the story for me with an implausible climax in CH11. I know, harsh. But valid.

whoa now that was a really intense story very well written
| Priceman chapter 13 . 2/3/2005
Excellent story. I always wondered what happended to Ed after she left the bebop; this explination sounds alot more believeable than most i've heard.
