| Hyphen chapter 3 . 10/11/2019 I love these. You have phenomenal ideas and your writing is very good. That’s stories have a way of suckin you in, but they also leave the reader very dissatisfied. You do an amazing job of building the scene and making readers feel, particularly for Merlin. Unfortunately the culmination of the story gets to the reveal and it just stops. It’s intriguing and does a great job of sucking you in and then it just ends. There’s no resolution, and you leave the entire scene up in the air. I’d love to know what the resulting conversation after all this means for them. Overall you’ve done a great job and you can’t please everyone, but I don’t think I’m the only one walking away at least a little disappointed at the end of each scene. |

| 6BlueSweaters chapter 1 . 9/19/2019 As much as I adore the other reveals, this one holds a special place in my heart. I liked the way you slowly built up more tension until the breaking point, after which the tension eases as they head towards the reveal and the conclusion is not explosive, but rather a soft, quiet high note in a silent room. The final lines left me breathless. I don't think Scenario 1 needs a continuation per se. It feels the end of Part One in Merlin and Arthur's story. Final, but not yet finished. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense. TL;DR I love love love your series. |
