Excellently written and left my mouth watering in suspense! This is going to be difficult. Konoha needs a jinchuuriki and I am wondering if Rin has damned herself more than she realized. Also... if rin does go to the Sandaime's Konoha, this will be a messy situation to explain. How is Rin alive? Has she been alive all these years? If so, how? Unless her jinchuuriki status is kept secret, how did she get the 9 tails? Where is Naruto? Shikaku will be the pioneer for these questions.
Sigh if only the crystal idea worked out haha.

Since Iwa was described as having suffered heavy casualties I would say that Konoha is pretty much safe, they just need to wrap it up. Now that the danger has passed, the real challenge will be the meeting between the two Kage.

On one hand, Konoha needs their jinchuuriki, on the other Minato found a son... this is going to be a tough one.

Well great to see the story is. Ot dead but I am dreading the closure, especially what the Sandaime may do, regadibg Naruto's genjustsu and Rin's situation.

Minato finally will meet the Sandaime of the other Konoha in person, it will be very interesting to see how the meeting will turn when they begin to talk about Naruto.

This is a great story. I've read it more than once. The best Naruto/Minato story I've read. Its sad that it hasnt been updated in so long. No matter how long it takes between chapters I always end up coming back and checking anyway.

I just wanted to say ignore who ever the hell this Scott person is trying to tell YOU how to write YOUR own story. F him he can go some where else and crawl in a ditch. This fanfic is one of the best I ever read and I honestly look forward to you updating. Please do not listen to the haters. Dropped, having Minato accept some kid from another world and then have him stay with him in the space of a day without having verified his identity in any way is utterly ridiculous, as the leader of Konoha he would have to put the village ahead of any personal considerations of his own. Now heres some actual drama have Minato want to help what he thinks is his son but cant because of his duty to the state, have Minato ask himself if regarding this kid from another world as his son a betrayal of his own son, but why have drama when u can have angst...

u see the problem with having Minato act like this is you make him a fool, who's careless and incompetent in the presence of potential danger.

Im afraid this is something i cant abide, when u have the character who is supposed to be objective and rational and have them act completely to the contrary just for sake of it.

so in 5 moderately lengthy chapters you have gone from the hospital room to Hokage tower. i sure hope the pacing picks up considerably or this gets a drop before 2 long, and thats only even if u stop laying it on so thick with Minato, ffs hes supposed to be a military leader and Hokage and your writing him as though hes a menopausal old woman.
