So, I tried to read this but I honestly had to skim. I was getting chest pains and feeling sick to my stomach-which is a testament to how well you captured the pain and fear and (most terrifying) the reality of the death sentence. The ending was so painful, Grimmjow just wanting that one last breath, one last moment of control, I just can't imagine that people actually do suffer this-I can't imagine knowing when it's going to happen, counting down the hours and waiting for death, but I do imagine it is very much like what you've described. Amazing writing, well done.

this story makes me cry every time that i read it. it draws out such raw emotion from me, and i am extremely amazed at what your words can do to me. this story is beautiful and deserves to be sent to Kubo himself. beautiful peace of work, it made me feel so...so raw and exposed. i don't know what else to say besides you have a beautiful gift.

This was written so artistically ( I always wanted to say that).I could actually SEE all this happening and it has me regret how Grimmjow lived his life, as if that was me in my last moments

OK, so this was positively devastating. I actually cried when he felt the effects of the lethal injections. SO inhumane. The writing was awesome, though, JB. Never fear about that. It was more than descriptive and engaging and it made my stomach and heart seize up a few times. Excellent writing, I swear! It hurt so much, but I couldn't stop reading. Wonderful job here!
