| V0uki chapter 10 . 12/18/2013
I looooove this story! I vote for Charles to be with Anne in the end.. he is much better than Henry.. he had his chance with Anne and lost it. I hope she will realize what is good for her and for her children..

| kcinara chapter 13 . 11/19/2013
Please update, I can't wait to read Henry's reaction to Darien.
I'm also curious about the people's and Jane's reaction.
Will Henry force Anne to be with him? Does he already suspect about Darien?

Please update soon! This story is soo good!
| Fleur24 chapter 12 . 8/16/2013
"""Your Majesty, it was such a sweet sight, although I could not see much, I believe that the Marquess was lying on his lap. He was cuddling her or at least, he was embracing her. It seemed very cozy, though the only thing it rendered me was to miss you more." She planted kisses on his cheek."" Oh dear this is not good.
I almost wish Anne had agreed to go to Scotland with Charles.
| Fleur24 chapter 11 . 8/16/2013
Yes Anne's reasoning that Jane read her letter first, sounds rather stupid compared to Charles'. I like the moment they had together. It was rather sweet.
""I already have someone in my mind," he said. "I would like for the Duke of Suffolk to be the bearer of those wonderful news to the King of Scotland. I am convinced that he would do a fine job, as no one else could. He is the most suited one."" Oh Henry. You are so totally jealous of Charles.
| Fleur24 chapter 9 . 8/16/2013
This chapter was fascinating. Seeing the three of them with their different, yet similar thoughts.
| Fleur24 chapter 8 . 8/16/2013
Oh goodness. This is not good. It could end up quite badly for both of them.
I did like however that Charles admited that he had planned to marry Anne and how he would be better father to Elizabeth, then Henry ever was.
| Fleur24 chapter 6 . 8/16/2013
The flashback was really interesting. Charles is right, the old Anne would have run to Henry right away with the knowledge that she was pregnant, but it was probably at the time, when Henry may or may not have believed her. I like how Charles called her out on a few things.
It is wise to arrive earlier and leave as early as possible. If Anne left before Henry, then she would be bothered by him later.
All the different flashback with Charles and Anne are interesting and rather amusing. Battles of wits and sharp tongues.
""I am not blaming anyone, Your Grace. I am merely saying that I have decided to grow up and it is all for her." Finally, Anne tore her gaze from her sweet daughter, deigning the duke with a look again. "I would never be able to blame my child, as much as I believe you could never blame your son-."" I like this part. Its rather sweet hearing her talk about Elizabeth and her unborn child.
I like that Charles changed and started seeing Anne as a person.
| Fleur24 chapter 5 . 8/16/2013
It is sad that the one place that used to bring her comfort and peace, doesn't anymore.
The conversation with Henry was interesting, if a little amusing. It would seem that he does still have feelings for Anne.
| Fleur24 chapter 3 . 8/16/2013
Poor Henry, jane has given him a sickly little boy. I hope that jane's next child is a healthier boy.
| Fleur24 chapter 2 . 8/16/2013
This is interesting. I'm glad that Henry spared Anne's life and let her take Elizabeth with her to Pembroke. It seems that she a son now. Henry will be so jealous when he finds out that she had given birth to a healthy son.
I wonder what's going on between her and Charles?
| Jess chapter 13 . 8/7/2013
This is an absolutely brilliant story! I've always loved the pairing of Henry and Anne but in this I have been more drawn to Charles and Anne! Please continue with this story as it is really really good! Thank you for writing it! :)
