Wonderful first chapter!

Well well well, what do we have here then? Uncontrollable sobbing? That's what I thought.

This has been a real journey, rereading my fave ever Bones fanfic. I love your Bones verse even though parts of it differ so much from my own (Gretsky may be Booth's dog but is Brennan's fierce protector). It characterises so well, not only the characters we know and love, but the whole tone of the show. I love that Booth and Brennan get to be happy, live our their many many days, raising their beautiful children and filling their house with all the family they could have ever hoped for. An abused little boy and an abandoned girl and they left such a legacy of love together. Like that is a STORY! Your writing style tells it so well, you give us exactly what we want to see with these guys, and then you leave so much up to imagination and it makes the grief and laughter real for us readers.

Please tell me if/when you publish your own original work. You have a faithful fan.

God we're getting so close to the end nowI love this chapter though. I love the thought of these two kids, who come from uncertainty and loss and pain, not only finding each other but surrounding themselves with their own family of people who really care about them. They've really found a corner of the universe and are filling it with love and affection and closeness and thats what GETS me everytime w this show. Once again, you capture these two perfectly!
