This is a beautiful little slice of life that I can easily see being played or told at a family event celebrating their anniversary somewhere down the line. You did a hell of a lot better at the how mum and dad met than the television series did!

You should have had Harry call for Clark's spirit (since you hinted at it several times) and not have anything appear, then have Superman show up because he felt the call.

I really like both of these characters individually, so when I saw the pairing I figured I'd give this a read. Heck of a way to start! Really like the character building and how they bonded with each other. Wonderful story!
