![]() ![]() ![]() Oh man, I HATE Fury right now. I almost wish Hatchet had used his magic on that brick headed, self-righteous bastard. I only hope he'll have to admit his error at some point. Or even better, let him end up in Thanos' clutches. That would serve him right. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is so far my favorite chapter |
![]() ![]() I know its been a long while since this has been posted but this was my first true tony/Loki story and I just had to say how much I loved this. I love this idea of Loki being crazy and forced to do thing but he still is not a bad guy but also not a good guy. The gradual progress for Loki ams tony from unlikely allies to friends then lovers was amazing. I truly do love this story, it is amazing! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I for one am ecstatic that you added 47 chapters to your original plan. Been loving this story to bits so far, and I totally agree with you that they were necessary to bring us to this point. I'm totally invested in your OCs by now, and I hope that they have a really good plan since I'm more than a bit apprehensive what's in store for Tony and Loki. Rhodey's reaction is a good indication already. At least he's willing to listen. And thank God Pepper did move on, like Loki predicted. It could have gotten awkward very quickly if she had still be pining for Tony. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Hahaha, whaaaat? This obviously isn't the epilogue? Where are you hiding that masterpiece of a real epilogue? I'm sure you're just yanking our chains ;D you just had to add the hint/dangle the mortality issue before us and then yank it away. Meanie. This has been an amazing journey. Thanks so much! |
![]() ![]() ![]() *sniff* no. No? Noooooooo. It's ending. Such brilliant a work as this is ending. And I spent part of three days to read it. You are an amazing person. Thanks for writing this. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh my god you amazing author you got me to dry. How dare your awesomeness! Thanks for writing this! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love you and the fact that there are 100 chapters AND this story is complete! It's like Christmas 2 months in a row! XD thanks! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Man, those two - sizzling hot. And a wonderful bit of fluff at the end. Poor Loki, as Tom Hiddleston said, he needs a hug. Preferably from Tony. Great chapter! |
![]() ![]() ![]() One thing I really appreciate is that you don't milk everything for all the drama that it's worth. Like Stark just accepting that Loki will share his story when he is ready - without angsting about trust issues or lack of reciprocation. All too often the guys turn into emo teenagers in slash fics, so this is a welcome change from that. And your observation about the similarity between Thor and Cap was spot on too. Nice change of pace too, from the interpersonal stuff to a real threat. Seriously, I know I'm not even half way there, but I'm already dreading finishing this fic. It is just too perfect, and I am full of admiration for you to not only have written and completed this, but that you did it in an amazingly short time. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, I did not see this coming. After Loki's declaration of 'courtship' I had resigned myself to a slow burn. So this chapter was a pleasant surprise. And damn, it was hot! You have nothing to worry about when you write sex scenes, this was amazing. *fans self* |
![]() ![]() ![]() This was beautiful. Just beautiful. I must admit I started reading this fic for the FrostIron, but now I'm so caught up in the story it doesn't even matter that much. Although it's still the cherry on top of a fully loaded ice cream sundae. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you for not keeping them at odds with each other for too long! The way you're writing this part of the story beautifully illustrates these two guys' complicated psyche. And it's great how you switch from one POV to the other so the reader gets the whole range of emotions on both sides. Great stuff. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh no, Tony, how COULD you! And you better feel guilty now. Poor Loki, as if he needed any more rejection in his life. I could so picture Loki's every reaction, though. You really 'get' the character in an extraordinary way. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great observation, how people tend to either lead or follow because it's more difficult to walk side-by-side. I never thought about it like that, but it makes perfect sense. I'm still getting used to the Skrull sisters. I'm sure they will have a purpose further down the line, and not just to provide them with a map. For now I'm just happy they don't upset the dynamic between Loki and Tony, because that's my favorite part. I also wanted to tell you how much I enjoy the fact that the two of them are mastering their fate and make steady progress. Most fics where heroes are on the run turn into one long fest of ordeal and hardship, and that gets terribly bothersome after a while. I like my heroes tough and resourceful and (mostly) in control. So thanks for that. |
