I think it was a kind thing to do for her father and what effects him will effect her family as well going on into the future. So helping to handle all this as smoothly as possible is in everyone's best interest. The airplane sex scene was too funny. Oh this Edward is priceless.

I have to be honest and say I was disappointed that Edward took her to Forks for a honeymoon but as described it, it was a nice bubble for them to get lost into for that week. Edward's adventure out into the woods to pick some flowers and comes running scarred because it's a skunk chasing him. Funny stuff.

I would have liked for the Swans to have found some grace and dignity and done the right thing for their daughter's special wedding day but sadly it ended up with Renee being the Mommy Dearest that she's been so far. I held out hope that her father would have walked her down the aisle and they'd make some peace and this day would have only had good memories for them but it is what it is. I wonder if they had any pictures taken of the wedding day? I know something was give by Jane to the media but no mention of wedding photos to capture the lovely setting and the lovely couple.

I loved Bella telling Kate exactly where she stood on thinks. Bella has found her voice! And really proud that she said plain and clear that she didn't want Kate at the wedding. Bravo. Now to deal with Mommy Dearest surprise showing up for the wedding. I hope the Senator is there to hold Renee back.

I see a little glimmer of hope for Senator Swan to show his daughter he is indeed sorry and wants to be in her life. The best was when he forced Renee to back off of Bella. Let's see if she does. Honestly, I hope the senator does bow out of the race, he'd likely make a bad president, Renee clearly would make a horrible first lady as they both are fakes and horrible people. We've had enough of that kind of behavior with fake presidencies. j/s

I get why Bella would still be worried about what her parents are going to say once they find out she's pregnant before the wedding and how that will look out into the public eye. But that's life and nothing to be ashamed of since she is with one man and the love of her life. I'm worried about Alec sneaking around and why he's doing it. On one hand I think Alec has good intentions but he is the Senator's main guy so..we'll see.

I get that Bella would be worried about how her being pregnant would effect her father's campaign but I'd say what he and Renee have pulled toward their daughter, it's not Bella's problem to be concerned about her parents right now but rather herself and new family.
