This is so adorable! Honestly when it comes to the HaruxShizukuxYamaken love triangle, it's the first time I read a shoujo and wouldn't mind if Shizuku ended up with either one! But I think a heartbroken Haru would devastate me more than a heartbroken Yamaken so I love that you portrayed them as friends while still mentioning Yamaken's feelings. It's perfect and can come off as canon!
