Setting the persistent grammatical errors aside, this story is far too short to be evaluated. If the idea was to produce a kind of teaser you've done that, but a teaser isn't enough of a prologue to set the stage for the rest of the story.
Try putting a lot more detail into the chapter. Maybe you could start with Sailor Pluto, and detail why she approached Hild in the first place? I can't really see Hild being angry about the favor she had asked of her, unless she had a stake in what was going on. Just losing the opportunity to get some amusement isn't enough... If it's simply amusement she's after, there are plenty of other opportunities, and she has plenty of other 'toys' to play with.
Is there some reason, some important plan that she has already set in motion, why Hild feels she needs to interfere with the Senshi, and she's angry about losing this bet to Pluto and having those plans threatened? If she's just trying to interfere to be contrary, just to spite Pluto and not because she has any kind of stake in interfering with the Sailor Senshi, then I can't really see her cursing Pluto... She might interfere anyway for her own amusement, but not just because she lost a bet; Hild isn't quite as poor of a sport as you make her out to be here.
I don't really see anything wrong with Hild trying to skirt around the spirit of the deal by following it to the letter, it's rather standard fare for deals with the devil. Be careful of the deals you make with Devils, because you'll get exactly what you asked for, no more and no less, so to speak.
Details, details, the devil is in the details. You could easily double the length of this chapter by adding more detail. We need to know a lot more about what's going on before we can decide if this story is interesting enough to keep reading. A good prologue should set the stage for the rest of the story and pique the reader's interest. The questions that are being raised here are closer to "What's going on" than "What's going to happen", and while the latter is perfectly acceptable for a prologue, the former needs to be addressed in the prologue itself.
