this was an amazing story! well done

I really don't know what to say here. Because I really enjoyed reading this. I'm usually not one for fluff, but with this two I make exceptions. BUT, once in a while, I really enjoy the angst-y stuff.
And the idea is soooo good. Them being abducted (sort of), held captive, and being tortured, being pushed "too far" by someone who shouldn't be there in the first place. I really love the whole plot. And I think you did well. The emotions, the struggle - well done.
But I have to say - it's too much. Not the torture as it is. For my liking you could have pushed that hard. It was torture. For him to stand still, to face his memories, because he couldn't run from them. Not having the essentials. But what Paul and Alan did? That wasn't torture. That was just inflicting pain. Violence. And I believe that someone like Adam, who wants them to suffer for what "they did to him" (really, he's responsible for his ending - I couldn't stand the guy from the very first second), wanted them to really suffer. Torture has to be worshiped. It has to be slowly. Still inflicting pain. But slowly. Enjoying every flinch, every scream, every wound. Playing with their minds, with their needs. Especially the need to be together. And that's something both have. They have this need to be with each other. It's killing them to be apart. So... even when I liked to read how the Doctor was punished, I think you where to rough with that. To straight forward.
Rose killing someone. Well... I don't know if she could have done that. The way she did it at least. Of course; this was about being "pushed too far" - but could she have done it? Really? Like this? I doubt it. Maybe differently. I don't know. It's where you lead her and I think that it is okay.
Jack showing up. I like that he showed up when he showed up. Rose was in no state to get them out of there without making everything worse. His legs were broken, and her wrist too - how was she supposed to get them out of there? I was surprised she got as far as she did!
I also like that you brought up the struggle after everything that happend. The little changes in their behavior. Really enjoyable.
When I'm thinking back, I think that it would have worked a little bit better, if you would have wrote this with one POV. Just Rose's... That would have been great. :)

There are things that could have been better. No story is perfect, right? But it's a great story. You just can't stop reading, and that's the most important part. Make them attached - and that you did so good. I'm almost sad that it is over and that there isn't a sequel.

This story had alot of WHUMP for the 10th Doctor which some of the scenes were horrible but in the end it showed guts for an author to write what few would never do. This is a collection story for my community. WELL DONE!

Okay okay I’ve been reading for the last 2 hours, I’m sick, my voice is gone. Yet, somehow as I scrolled down one sentence at a time “it wasI screamed “OH MY GOD OH MY GOOOOD”, hitting my fist 50 times into my bed. This story is dark but extremely good!

i stuck it out! Okay sorated M and labeled romance i was wjaiting for atleast a detailed snog session, lol, but i realize now it was for the violence, which I kinda wish I knew going in. Also got a little slow in the middle. i wanted them to have kissed a wee sooner, but overall I enjoyed this. i was on the edge of my seat! Good fluff tooreally fantastic jo!

You, Miss/Sir Mc Missy/Mister Pants are (in the words of The Doctor) Fantastic! Here I was ready to have a comfy, mildly angsty read for the next few nights but /NO/ I couldn't sit still, this work of art had me pacing around the house like I was talking on the damn phone! At points I would distract myself by refilling my already full water bottle, simply because I was so *insert ungodly screaming here* of what was to come next. It takes a lot to get me to react the way this story had, pacing (I swear my parents must think their daughter has been possessed, 0% physical activity over here), giggling, /squealing/ and all the god daMN CRINGING AND WINCING HOLY FRICK FRACK YOU KNOW HOW TO BE MEAN. You have made me fall in love with Mumma Jackie, and not to mention her playing mum roll for The Doctor. Also, love the magic kisses bit. Also love every time you typed 'Jack and Jackie.' Also, love the butt hen bit. Also, I could type all day, also also also, hell I might as well... Also I loved the *copy and paste entire story complete with ANs here* bit. I'm fangirling really hard right now, gonna go snoop at some more of your work now. Thanks for being great

I love this story! This is really heart wrenching and makes me sad at points but that means it was well written. This story makes we want to hug the Doctor and Rose and REALLY hurt Adam. You wrote it wonderfully!

Ten sounds like Nine at the end of this chapter and I love it. "Pushed too far," indeed. Will keep reading.

I never leave reviews- I'm a jerk that way. But... Wow! This story! I couldn't put it down! It was so compelling, well written, and everyone was in character and just -wow. Amazing. Totally in awe of this story and your writing right now. Wow.

It didn't end like I wanted to... I wanted a more romantic ending, he could have told her that he loved her for some time now or just did something else but be in shock

This is/was (I can't decide which tense to use...) completely brilliant, thank you very much for writing it, you are an amazing writer.
