You've killed me. I swear, I think I'm dead right now. Just plain dead. Like "Walking Dead" dead. I'm crying like a baby here! Seriously though, it was downright beautiful. Like something straight out of a published novel. And captured and integrated the LOTR storyline into The Hobbit's perfectly. It was smooth and seamless.

But Thorin's death, OH MY GOD! I mean, it makes sense, but damn. Just damn. But still, the thought of Thorin and Bilbo living a long life together along with Frodo and Fili and Kili and Dis at their side brings joy to my achy heart. So gorgeous. Now excuse me while I go and bawl my eyes out. :')

That was beautiful! I might have teared up a little. :') And it totally makes sense that the dwarves would have an epic, war-like battle as part of their wedding ceremonies. Why miss out on a chance to kick and punch and slap one another? Gosh, I don't want to read the last chapter! I don't want it to end!

I think this is officially my favorite chapter. The snow, the children, the bracelet, Dis, Thorin being a happy dwarf, ugggggghhhhhh, I love it all! I'm such a sucker for snow scenes. They just make me feel all warm inside, if that makes any sense. O.o

I absolutely love your version of Dis. She's exactly how I pictured her.

I agree with Fili! FINALLY! Thata boy Thorin! But seriously, this was brilliantly romantic and beautiful and the slow build just makes it sooooooooo much better than almost anything else out there.

Frodo's finally made a little friend his own age! I was seriously hoping that you'd add in some kids or dwarflings or whatever they're called for Frodo to play with. Donel seems sweet and tough. :D

I love the politics between the dwarf factions that you've introduced, it's so interesting and I can't wait to see what come next! And anyone who hurts children deserves what's coming to them. :/

Alright, I have to say I'm not too fond of slash. It just isn't my thing, though I've read quite a few that were nice. I was curious after reading the summary of your fic and I hesitated a while before actually reading it. I have to say I'm glad I did it. Your fic was amazing, both funny and sweet with a touch of adventure :) I loved it. I loved how you portrayed the characters and how you went with Frodo's life in Erebor. I loved how you had some funny moments and then some more serious ones.
I truly loved your fic from start to end. The last chapter was amazing. Really sweet, sad too but not in a depressing way.
I really don't regret reading your story. Thanks a lot for it.
I am only curious about the quest of the ring now though; with Frodo knowing Gimli and having lived with dwarves all his life, there should be a lot of difference in the happenings of the quest...
