Wonderful, wonderful story. I think it's a fun (read as 'tragic') spin on Clint being deaf, but with a lovely, happy ending. You captured his frustration and pain very well, and I really liked how you portrayed Natasha and how she was hurting for him. Loved it.

Love Clint's moment of weakness. You really developed his character without making it too OOC.
| Jedi Kay-Kenobi chapter 1 . 12/24/2012
You had me heartbroken at Clint not being able to hear any of the team, especially Natasha. And then, Stark, oh the brilliant, genius, playboy, philanthropist strikes again. Thank you for allowing Clint to hear again and the beautiful ending.
"You've always been a real hero, Clint," she said softly. PERFECT!
Footsteps on the floor above, someone talking past the previously soundproof doors, the city outside and its cacophony of sounds fell into the background and Clint thought it wasn't silence, but it was as golden as it was going to get right now, in between so very human and not quite and Natasha's heartbeat was like a lullaby in the busy air of noise around him.
Perfect final line! :D
